organization runs a SAP Application at their Lubehub Storage in
Bangalore for maintaining their Inventory and Stock Management.
Currently, Indents i.e. Purchase Orders and Delivery Advice are
exchanged predominantly via telephone calls. |

| The firm
required a solution for online indenting and delivery orders; it
also needed the application to integrate to the existing SAP application.
In addition, the solution should also have the facility to capture
the stock information at the dealer end, and allowing the Territory
Manager and Supply point to view Retailer stock status online. |

Retailer Outlets, the Supplier and the Territory Manager. |

| This
Web Based Indent Ordering System and Inventory Control allows the
Retailer outlets to browse through the Product Catalogue on-line
and submit their Purchase Order (Indents) electronically to the
Lube Hub Storage. The Retailer can also view the Purchase Order
Sent, Pending PO Received and Delivery Advice Received. The Retailer
can also view his Stock availability status for the current date
and place indents accordingly. |

A very convenient and user-friendly forum for effective communication
between the Retailer
Outlet, the Lubehub and the Territory
Manager.
2. This application
will enable the Retailer, the Lubehub and the Territory Manager
to exchange
their information electronically, thereby
making the ordering-delivery transaction to be faster
and more secure. It will also reduce the
paper work, thus avoiding manual mistakes thereby saving
time and manpower.
3. The system provides
an online status of the pending and approved purchase orders by
the
Lubehub thus providing a clear picture of the
next step to be taken by the Retailers.
4. Territory Manager
can monitor the sales / stock status at each of the Retailer Outlets.
