Welcome to Customer Support of MeCOM

We're here to help! The doors to our online customer service center are always open.
Providing superior support and services is critical to ensuring that customers quickly and effectively use our solutions and services. As a valued MeCOM customer, we're committed to fully satisfying all of your support needs, including; providing you with an experienced technical staff, timely problem resolution, detailed technical answers, and sound product advice.
In order to manage online customer care, especially large volume of corporate aliases and high volume of email, we are running special e-service software called Talisma, an eCRM package from Aditi. This ensures monitor faults and nature of customer complaints for further analysis, track customer information, complaints, and queries in order better service the customer.
Availability
Business critical applications cannot afford downtimes and hence our support team work round the clock to offer the required support to our customers. Our support team will be available:
1. 24 hours a day
2. 7 days a week
3. 365 days a year
